  1. Speir Buchan Solicitors (“Speir Buchan”) is the trading name of Speir Buchan Limited under Company Number SC790143 and licenced by the Law Society of Scotland. Speir Buchan Limited is a limited company based in Scotland within the United Kingdom. A list of the Directors is available on request or for inspection at any of our offices during our normal hours of business.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You irrevocably agree that the Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under or in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. The place of performance of the agreement made on these Terms will be Scotland.
