1. The Operator of this Site 

1. Speir Buchan Solicitors (“Speir Buchan”) is the trading name of Speir Buchan Limited under Company Number SC790143 and licenced by the Law Society of Scotland. Speir Buchan Limited is a limited company based in Scotland within the United Kingdom. A list of the Directors is available on request or for inspection at any of our offices during our normal hours of business.

2. Terms and Conditions 

1. These are the Terms and Conditions (“Terms") which apply to the use of the site by you. 
2. In return for Speir Buchan allowing you access to this Site, Speir Buchan imposes and requires you to accept the Terms. If you are not prepared to agree to these Terms then Speir Buchan requires you to immediately leave this Site.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
2. Scots law will apply to these Terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under or in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. The place of performance of the agreement made on these Terms will be Scotland.

14. Feedback and Suggestions

1. Speir Buchan welcomes feedback and suggestions about this Site.
2. Speir Buchan only accepts feedback and suggestions on the basis that they do not contain confidential information and that Speir Buchan Solicitors is not bound by any obligation of confidentiality.

15. General
